A scratch and a rock chip to some, may look like a minor repair compared to say a collision repair. I am writing on behalf of our daughter, Jenny, my wife and myself, to thank you for the excellent body repair and supurb paint work you provided for Jenny’s new 2008 Honda Fit last month before she returned to college in Atlanta.
Unfortunately for us, Jenny was in a minor accident in her new Honda, as she attempted to avoid striking a cat that ran in front of her car. We were all upset, and wanted the beset repair possible for her Fit, which had only 100 miles, and was just purchased the week before.
We wanted to commend to you the very fine and coureous assistance of your staff member, Tim Cintron, who was very helpful and reassuring to us in getting the Honda repaired and beautifully painted in time to return to Atlanta for the start of classes last month. I wanted to thank you for the recent work you performed on my '01 Mercedes E320. While she's getting on in the years (and the miles) she still looks beautiful thanks to your team. The work you performed on the trunk lid (after I was rear ended) has restored her to better condition than it was in before the accident.
Your attention to detail, with the paint blending and finish, is what amazed me. I'm extremely picky and can find no evidence that the car was ever dented or repainted.
