Each new hire at Ralph Perez Body Repairs has a minimum of five years auto body experience. Ralph’s current team has a wealth of auto body experience. Some of his employees have been with him for as long as twelve years.

Ralph also sponsors students from the Hillsborough Community College auto body tech program. These students are able to earn a salary and have half of their tuition paid for by Ralph. That’s his way of giving back to the community and passing along a precious set of skills.
